The Stable and The Hayloft sleep up to 4 in each cottage, and with The Coach House Family sleeping up to 6  makes a  sleeping total of 14.

 

All cottages have matching tables and chairs which can be moved to extend dining facilities and there is a separate Barbecue Lodge which is fantastic for ‘al fresco’ dining and can seat up to 15.

 

Our large orchard garden, for the exclusive use of our guests, has ample seating areas, sun loungers, Gazebo, trampoline, swings and barbecues.

 

Our games room (table tennis/darts) provides a great opportunity for family/group fun whatever the weather. Or perhaps you fancy a game of Boules or Croquet on the lawn?

 

The location is ideal for exploring the area, with Totnes, Dartington and Torbay just a short drive away.

 

There is ample off road parking for up to 5 cars.

There is a large lovely lawned orchard with garden table and chairs, sun loungers, barbecue, a trampoline, swings and a see saw for younger children – additionally there is a range of equipment for playing a range of garden games including Crochet, Boules, and ‘children’s cricket’.

 

The orchard is also an ideal area for exercising dogs and a separate ‘poo’ bin is provided.
