Covid 19 What you need to know

In view of the unprecedented situation created by Covid 19 we are changing our cancellation policy.

We now have Master Cancel insurance in place for new bookings taken after the 9th June for holidays commencing after the 1st August 2020, that will allow you to cancel for any reason between 60 days and 2 days before the start of your holiday, and get a full refund. Bookings made prior to the 9th June, we are allowing a full refund in the event of a Government imposed ‘Lockdown’, or we will  allow you to change dates (subject to tariff and availability) for any other reason, subject to notification being received not less than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the holiday. We take the safety  and well being of our guests and cleaning staff extremely seriously, and in these unprecedented times, we  are for the foreseeable future putting in place health protection procedures, which we hope will have a minimum impact on the enjoyment of your holiday, but will give you peace of mind and confidence that we are doing our utmost to ensure your well being and safety.  See link below on Covid Precautions.
